A Review on Additive Manufacturing of Pure Copper

چکیده

With the development of aerospace and automotive industries, high heat exchange efficiency is a challenge facing various industries. Pure copper has excellent mechanical physical properties, especially thermal conductivity electrical conductivity. These properties make pure material choice for manufacture exchangers other components. However, traditional processing method difficult to achieve production complex parts, so parts through additive manufacturing become problem that must be overcome in industrial development. In this article, we not only reviewed current status research on structural design preparation by researchers using selective laser melting (SLM), electron beam (SEBM) binder jetting (BJ) recent years, but also forming, aspects prepared different methods. Finally, trend prospected.
